From the moment I walked into the place the staff was excellent and they had someone on the desk for 24 hours. The other thing I appreciated was before I arrived I received an email from them offering any assistance I needed to make my time in Melbourne more pleasurable they were available to assist me.

I was very impressed on how spotlessly clean it was and the little lounge at the front with a coffee machine was nice and cost. The tea/coffee making and even a toaster in the room was a nice surprise as well.

Convenient location near the princess theater. We stayed only one night while in Melbourne to see the show Annie. The man who checked us in (cannot recall his name but he was from Spain) was very nice and provided a list of restaurants in the area that stay open late so we can get dinner. Room was dated but comfortable and warm with good working heater. Would definately stay there again when in town for another show.
