Perfectly located in the leafy suburb of Clifton Hill this 1960's top floor apartment boasts great views of Melbourne's skyline and sits in a prime location to visit the City and inner north of Melbourne.
A great community vibe in the area with pizza shops, wine bars and cafe's on your doorstep.
10 minutes by train to the MCG and arts precinct.
Our house hasn't been set up to be child friendly.
We love kids but we have steep stairs and Neighbours.

Access via 3 flights of stairs.
Top floor of a 1960's brick apartment block filled with light &character.
Sweeping views of the city skyline.
