Welcome to Lexicon House! Sit back and relax in this luxurious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house in Blairgowrie. The open plan kitchen, dining and living opens up to a stunning alfresco area with built in Barbeque, and an amazing solar heated pool.

Note: Our solar heated pool relies on the heat from the sun to warm the water. During the cooler months, the pool water will not be warm. We recommend planning your swim times accordingly or enjoying a refreshing cold water swim!

Comprising two wings, one for the adults and one for the kids, this is the ultimate family seaside escape.
This four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom single level home is the perfect base for your next family holiday. Beautifully styled with luxurious finishes throughout, this home is a real show stopper.

The large, fully equipped Chefs kitchen with open plan dining and living with cosy wood fireplace, opens up to a stunning alfresco area with a built in Barbeque and a heavenly solar heated pool, surrounded by lush, tranquil gardens.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

A comfortable beach house.

Situated on a busy road, but noise not a problem.Excellent aircon, and a small, but pleasant pool, which was well maintained.A couple of minor problems which were quickly solved by the property management team.We very much enjoyed our stay.
