Staff - when I got to the front desk I was given a form with the wrong room booked on it. This was sorted after I retrieved my itinerary and receipt of payment, but now they are telling me that I never paid for my room and requesting $516 payment to be made to them.

Lovely stay with the kids at the Novotel. Comfortable rooms, parking at the exhibition was validated by the hotel. Breakfast was basic but great location to walk to Marvel stadium.

I had a good stay on business. Staff were friendly and helpful. All night a wall panel buzzed waking me up intermittently however this was not reported to staff so sorry to the next person who stays. Great location right near the water and entertainment
