The room was average, furniture needs a bit of an update, the lounge was lumpy etc, kitchen was well appointed however the fridge looked dirty. When first entering the room it had an awful smell and felt stuffy and damp beds were nice and clean and had ample blankets and pillows. However the bathroom door was faulty and we struggled to get in and out of the bathroom. The included breakfast was good, however there were a lot of peeling seats etc in the dining hall. Overall an ok experience.

Great hotel in a great location. Close to good shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. Nice to have coin laundry on site as well as a nice lap pool. Would definitely stay there again.

A fantastic location. Close to city loop trains and trams. The Hotel was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Highly recommend Pegasus Apart Hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Better transparency about parking arrangements. Was not able to reserve a park, was told the nearby car park was comparable but it cost $50 for overnight. I wouldn’t have booked if I’d known I couldn’t get reasonably priced parking. “Self parking available” doesn’t mean “only if you’re lucky”.

The hotel is perfect in term of location, cleanliness and staff friendly, it’s just 5min walk away from Queen Victoria market. The only complaint is our room was assigned to be right at the back block of lifts and next to the utility room, which made the room rather noisy at night. Nonetheless we are still very happy with the stay. Will come back next time we are in Melbourne

Lovely room, had everything we needed to cook if we wanted to. Very clean and well serviced. Swimming pool is one of the best we’ve had in a hotel. Staff were very nice. A ten minute walk at most to Victoria market. Would definitely stay again if in Melbourne.
