‱ Excessive noise will not be tolerated; please respect the quiet hours.
‱ All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you leave the property. Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights to conserve electricity.
‱ Please do not lose the house key; charges will be applied if it is lost, damaged or not returned.
‱ Do not leave excess rubbish behind. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge may apply.
‱ Please be aware that a 24-hour security camera is installed at the front, facing outside for added security.

‱ The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.

Beautiful location.

Great size home in a beautiful, peaceful location. Looking out over the lake, seeing the lovely swans and watching the sunset was special. Our overseas family loved it. Also very convenient to shops and restaurants.
