Lovely accomodation.

Lovely accommodation. Pleanty of beds and well appointed. Difficult to contact owner and but just before the day we made contact and got in without issues.

The communication with our self checkin wasnt that easy, we had to get a key out of a lockbox on a childrens bike in a garage on the same road as the apartment. Was told that our lovkbox had a number on it but we coukdnt find it so gad to try every lickbox with our code till we found it! Was told our apartment number but no floor number, didnt get told the lifts dont work unless you tap it with your key tag and press your floor number! Asked someone how to find our floor and was in the wrong lift! Floors smell like dirty feet in the corridors to our room. The room wasnt very clean, no teabags barely any sugar, the master bed was good the spare bed was really low to ground and terrible mattress not for 6ft 3 people! The view was spectacular though, balcony was excellent but had a full ashtray out there and I tipped it over accidently!! The swimming pool was awesome, my sons loved the gym and swimming pool and spa! Would stay again for the view and easy acess to public transport

Great location. Nice building. The apartment itself was quite nice, lovely having a balcony. The negatives: the host was terrible to deal with, would not respond to communications, Gave no instructions on check out and turned up 40 minutes late for check in where we were waiting outside the building with kids. Also the extra bed we requested and they confirmed we would have was not in the apartment.

Definitely won’t be booking again

We booked this apartment for a night away in the city, we arrived in the afternoon to be told they have overbooked our apartment and it was now taken. The gentlemen who let us into our room (not the owner) was very apologetic and showed us the only room they had available left which only slept 6 (there was 8 of us) and was the size of a hallway. The gentlemen who helped originally said we would need to take it up with the owner who was uncontable, after 2 hours we were able to stay at a different apartment place which only slept 7 but was bigger then the other apartment they had available. 4 days later and the owner still hasn’t replied regarding the situation. Safe to say we will NEVER be booking through ‘the fifth appartment’ ever again.

Loved the location

Neat little apartment however we booked and paid for 7 and were only given 3 towels 5 pillows and beds for 6. This was never fixed during our stay either. There was one attempt made when property manager called at 11:45pm asking us to come down stairs with the Parking garage remote. By this time we were all asleep and to was all to hard. They said that they would do it in the morning but never did. We were just lucky that we had small children and could sleep 3 to a bed.
