We had a room with city view on 3rd floor and it was light and pleasant. I personally would not like a windowless room. The restaurant was very good and the checking process straightforward. Excellent location for our purposes

Upoun entering our room with all our luggage our door cards had not been registered which ment a return to the front desk.
No explanation Was given just new cards, no words were spoken it was assumed i knew.
I get to enjoy lovely hotels all over our beutiful country and meet a wide amount of people.
This experience has placed your establishment near the bottom.
I will mention that the cleaning staff were very accomodating and courteous.
