Wonderful stay on the lake

We had a room looking into town. Could see the hillside and church but no water. Views from the restaurant were great overlooking the lake. Bed was not that comfortable but ok. It was too cool and rainy to use the pool but it looked inviting. Great breakfast was included and dinner was very good but a bit expensive.

Great location and view from the lake view room. Swimming pool area is also cosy and nice. Staff is super friendly! Easy nearby parking (must book in advance, chargeable). For a 3 starts hotel this is a great choice!

This property was beautiful and right on the lake. The location was very convenient to the ferry and the local square. Breakfast each morning had a nice variety of choices.

We had a beautiful view from our patio overlooking amazing Lake Como. The room is small, but typical in Europe. The WiFi was very slow, sadly!

Good price for a hotel with a pool and our room had a balcony. The room was very clean upon arrival and cleaning services daily were consistent. Great location 2 minute walk from the ferry and a few minutes to all of the shops and restaurants. Overall very happy with the hotel and price.

Nice View and nice staff but did not have airconditioning and we were disappointed as we had specifically asked them via messaging that if they had airconditioning and they replied yes, that they had it. They only had some namesake system but it never changed tempreture and it was very Hot in the room. They need to be more uptfront about it.

Lovely stay

Lovely hotel, great location. Views amazing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Lift is quite small and a little dated, creaked quite a bit which was a bit worrying, could probably do with an upgrade. Air con in room was excellent and a very welcome reprieve from the heat of the day. Not noisy either, so didn’t affect sleep. Shower was quite small, and difficult to move around in without banging elbows and knees. Although food looked well presented in hotel restaurant and staff very attentive, thought choice on menu was a bit limited so didn’t end up eating at the hotel which was a shame…also a little expensive. On the whole though would definitely return again but maybe ask for a room on a lower floor so I don’t have to use the lift.

Shower for 3

All was good, including a stunning lakeside view, apart from the thin walls resulting in noise from an adjoining bathroom. It was so bad you felt like you were in the shower with them.
