"We stayed at the Wine Valley Inn for three nights, having selected the property based on its 5-star ratings. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations. Although the receptionist was initially helpful and agreed that our room would be serviced daily by 1:00 PM, this arrangement was not honored. On the first day, while certain items were attended to, the room was not thoroughly cleaned. The second day was particularly disappointing; we returned to an unserviced room and had to contact the front desk to resolve the matter. In response, an employee named Javi was sent to our room, but he only provided fresh towels. When we requested full service, he informed us that his 'boss told him not to' clean or make the bed. We were forced to contact the desk a second time to have the service completed correctly.
