Pros: Quiet. Secluded yet surrounded with great stores in case you need anything in an emergency. Close to the freeway. Sideways Lounge staff and quality of drinks/food is top notch. Cons: room service on demand only. I went to the front desk and asked for room service. They showed up while we were out and only picked up the used towels. Did not replenish them, did not change the bedding, or even make the bed. One of the biggest reasons we picked this hotel was because it had a heated pool and a jacuzzi. Well, the pool was cold and the jacuzzi was out of commission. Guy at front desk might as well be replaced by ai, you’d gain more personality. Breakfast donuts at the lobby runs out by 9am

There were some wonderful things about this property, starting with the staff- so friendly, so helpful- everyone of them was lovely. The place is an old hotel that is nicely remodeled with wonderful added touches like realizing free doughnuts and coffee every morning and a good gym. What kept us from giving this place 5 stars was the noise and location. It sits directly next to the freeway so make sure to get a room on the other side. That said, our room was near the stairs and we heard people climbing up and down- at 2:39 am one night-at all hours. Also, we could hear every step the people above took. I don’t think they were loud; I think the walls and floors have zero insulation. It was just so loud all the time. The other thing that annoyed me is that I ended up choosing this hotel specifically because it mentioned that it had EV chargers on site. What it didn’t state was that it was a Tesla only charger. This would have been really useful to know. So if noise all night doesn’t wake you up, don’t mind not being in town (and you have a Tesla) this is a great place.
