"All was excellent- no complaints at all. The back door and frame can use replacing for security, but I was used to it as I’d stayed there before. Things have shaped up incredibly in the last two years! It’s a treat to see! The only thing I can think to modify might be to fix the heat in my room, which was 204. It seemed to stay at 74 degrees no matter how low I set the thermostat. So it can get a bit stuffy when it stays that warm. Also, the microwave locked when I was using it, but I discovered that the, 0” needed to be pressed for it to unlock. A sign on the desk top might be helpful for those who don’t realize that the microwave will lock while it’s heating. The back parking lot could use a bunch of sand since there’s some dangerous ice there, despite it being salted well. "

"The front desk staff were super nice. I observed them interact with a couple that had a problem with their room, and they made things right. The hot tub was nice and big. I love that they have adult only time after 10 pm."
