Was informed that my accomadations were not available due to a building issue. So they put us in a room that was not what we had paid for in another hotel. When we asked them to fix it to the room we paid for they said this is best we can do and we will refund you one day back which they have not done.

Arlo Wynwood, Miami is a Disaster

Hotel flooded night before and they notified no one. I arrived 10a, they said they would text when room ready, not mentioning the disaster. Let me wait 4hrs, i had to hear from guests they were shipping us to another hotel. Which they knew beforehand but neglected mention to guests. Manager lies to myself and other guests that accomodations are the same, pool, outdoor space. The other hotel room is tiny with 2 beds that are touching and you had to climb n over to get in window or bed. There was no closet, only hooks on the wall, no room for the suitcase, if on the floor, no room to walk, no fridge, no desk , no chair , and was priced half what i paid and no compensation for the horrible inconvenience. Manager also claimed to not have a business card, lied he would email but didnt. My weekend was ruined by this experience and they didnt care.

convenient location to nearby shops and restaurants. the property was well maintained and service was friendly. during busy periods though, wait times to have your car retrieved took longer than anticipated (note no self parking on site - valet parking has in and out services)

The hotel was nice the staff was also really friendly and willing to help which is like finding a unicorn in Miami. The surrounding areas not to safe lots of homeless around. I wont be back just because I didn’t safe walking around.

It was a convenient stay. The area is iconic, and the hotel is well situated. There are great restaurants around the hotel, and there are a lot of options. However, there are little food options in the hotel, but there's plenty around the hotel within walking distance, so it wasn't an issue. The check-in desk team is very friendly. Loud music is audible on the 8th floor.
