Stroll the beach, and then swim laps in the secluded heated pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean. Or head for the state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy movies in the top of the art movie theater or relax in the sophisticated social and pool room. Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach, the Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Casino Entertainment Center, Gulf Stream Village shops and Horse Race Course and 30 minutes to the famed Sawgrass Mills and Dolphin Mall outlet stores.

The Sian will be undergoing an elevator modernization project starting around May 24, 2024 and completing around May 30, 2025. This will require one of the three elevators to be taken out of service at a time, however, there will always be two operating elevators.

Fort Lauderdale Beach Getaway
Overall the trip was great! Property building was nice but older. The service elevator was out of service the whole time. The pool was dated . The condo was nice and big but minor things were broken. The host was amazing to work with. He was easy to get a hold of for questions. Overall we had a great time. This was our first stop before going on our Cruise.

Convenient beach stay
For an older building everything was great. Great view. Easy check in. Grocery store was an easy 10 minute walk across the bridge. Despite being spring break the building was quiet and the beach directly out front was more families. Would absolutely stay again.

The property located on the beach, being the unit closest to the beach made getting to the water and pool super convenient. This end unit has a magnificent ocean view. The unit had all the necessities to make the stay comfortable.

Great place for a weekend getaway
The property was a great place, and was very true to listing and pictures. We had a 5 minute trip from room to beach, including elevator travel time, which was really nice. There were several restaurants and stores within a short walk (10 minutes), so it was easy to coordinate groceries. Overall, a great stay, and one we enjoyed. If we come back

Our stay was great. The location was awesome- walking distance to restaurants, convenient store, and the beach. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The pictures of the condo on the listing make it look newer than reality. The unit was clean but not spotless. The sheets were worn. Overall, a nice place to spend the weekend with my sister.

We stayed in this condo the day after Christmas until January 1st. We love the condo. It was in a great location, and everything was as the ad stated. The property owner was very responsive and helped with the one minor issue we had. Perfect location. We will stay at this property again.
