- SECOND BEDROOM:

- ADDITIONAL FEES (Must be paid at check-in directly to the front desk):

- Resort Fee $30 + tax per night - Covers 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella included in resort fee.

- Security Deposit of $250 will be placed on hold by building's front desk to cover any incidents caused by you in common areas and will be released immediately upon check out (may take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your account depending on the bank).

- PARKING: Valet Parking $28 + tax per night, monthly parking available at lower rate. Street parking is available on nearby street at your own risk.

- EARYLY CHECK-IN: While we would love to accommodate early check-ins, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee availability. However, we will do our best to ensure that your check-in process is as smooth as possible.

- LATE CHECK-OUT: If you need a little extra time to enjoy your stay, we offer a late check-out option for a fee of $120 for an additional 2 hours, based on availability. Please confirm this option with a STAY TODAY representative at least 1 day before your check-out date.

GUESTS POLICY:

- Our property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Please be aware that out of these 8 guests, we can only host a maximum of 6 adults.
- The unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

HOUSE RULES:

- Please keep Doors & Windows Closed to maintain A/C performance and prevent humidity damage.

- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone.

It was an incredible experience from start to finish! The apartment is absolutely stunning, with great views that make you feel like you're on a luxury vacation. Me and my partner enjoyed the beach as well as good variety of restaurants. If you're looking for a top-tier place to stay in Hallandale Beach, the apartment is an absolute gem.
