We visited in 2023 and lived it. We tried Expedia to return in 2024, but erroneously got the Fairview hotel on same block. We booked Fairway Inn this time and once we got there realized that they no longer had a breakfast bar. It was a great hotel in 2023, but we wanted that wonderful breakfast bar they had. The front desk lady realized our disappointment and suggested we try their sister hotel next door, Best Western. And it was phenomenal. So we didn’t stay at Fairway Inn.

Stayed 1 night, it’s a 2-Star stay! Pros: Room was spacious and had fridge and microwave. Quick check in, clerk was efficient. Cons: had body aches when I woke up because the bed was not comfortable and too soft. 2nd floor room so had to lug all luggages upstairs. Breakfast bags to go were all gone after 9am. Wasn’t aware there was a time limit!

Room was clean and comfortable. Juanita at check in was very nice. Trying to sleep was another matter. Loud, thumping beat from music at a building next door (#160- unmarked restaurant? ) went on until 4 AM. Shouting in the parking lot. Would not stay again.

The room was decent for the price. There were stains on the wall and the room didn't look properly maintained. Since we were there only for few hours, we didn't mind just sleeping. The bed was clean, the bathroom was clean too but the room infrastructure was not maintained.

This is a very large motel complex on a busy street. We heard a lot of sirens late and early in the morning. We had an issue with the first room smelling of mold and then a strong ammonia. The front desk said it was just cleaned before we arrived and that was what the smell was, but they did move us to a new room. There was definitely someone in the parking lot living out of his car and talking very loudly into the night on his phone. The room was clean and had all the needed amenities. Location to The Keys and Everglades was ideal for us. It was a case of "you get what you pay for," and that is what we were looking for.
