Super comfortable, spotless house

Everything about the house was ideal for our family of five. The house was immaculately clean, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. The only issue is that the house we rented is part of a double unit which was NOT made clear in the advertisement or obvious when we arrived at the house. The first night we were there a van pulled up in the driveway at 4 AM, and 3 men got out and walked around the driveway looking in both of our cars before disappearing around behind the house. I messaged the owner about this and saw that he read my message but there was never any response. The 2nd night the same van returned at midnight and the people again got out walked around and looked inside all of our cars and then went into the backyard and proceeded to swim in the pool right outside one of our bedrooms.
