"Right in the heart of mid-town Miami. Plenty of shops and even a well groomed dog park right near the property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful with a nice balcony and modern decor."

"Pictures are very misleading. There is no staff on location. There is a huge "For Sale" sign out front. Packages left on the porch. Neighborhood was sketchy enough for our Uber driver to ask if we were sure we wanted to get out of the car. Bathrooms are shared and were not clean. We left and found other accommodations."

"The neighborhood is great, with many bars and restaurants. It is noisy at night, so if that's not what you are looking for, it's not a good place, but it's great for partying nearby. The sofa bed is not that comfortable but good enough to stay a couple of nights."
