"Bel hôtel, propre, bien situé. Parfait pour un weekend en ville. Par contre, l'isolation entre les planchers est vraiment minimale. Le samedi soir on entendait tout ce qui se passait en haut de nous. On a appelé pour avertir l'hôtel que c'était vraiment désagréable mais rien n'a changé. Sinon tout aurait été parfait!"

"The breakfast buffet was amazing and rooms were clean. The staff were uninvested and unhelpful. The 10 am check out time was a joke- we easily negotiated 11 am and then were told each additional 30 minutes would be 25 dollars. It seemed arbitrary. We had to leave ID to use a hairdryer and we never got clean towels although we were there for three days. I understand this is a student residence during the year but I am not a student resident. If you are going to transform into a hotel in the summers you need to the game and the hospitality. The price is right but it doesn’t cost anything to be warm and welcoming."
