The staff were great overall, especially the front desk team, who were very helpful and professional. Housekeeping did a good job in general, but there is still room for improvement, particularly with floor cleaning. I would also recommend improving the air quality and overall smell in the lobby and hallways, as that would make the experience much more pleasant. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but adding disposable slippers as part of the room amenities would be a nice touch. Overall, a decent stay with some areas that could be improved.

Room was clean. Missing a carpet or a rug at the entrance of the room, during the winter season though. Staff was kind. As for the breakfast, it was a Cora’s at the hotel entrance. Not really part of the hotel services. All and all, a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The floor is dusty. We got to wear slippers in the room especially the wardrobe is terrible. The only area is cleaner is the bathroom, however the ventilation is poor. We were pretty sure that the residents near to us were smoking so we could smell the smoke. Also the residents in the next room were having party and swearing all over two nights so we could not sleep at all. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but it’s just unfortunate. The receptionist at night time were able to help me to warn those residents when I made the call to them, it’s the most impressive part. Location is convenient, walkable to Saint Catherine and Eaton. In general, it’s good for budget traveller but if you’re seeking for comfort, this would not be your choice.
