I had left another hotel due to a bad experience( someone else sleeping in our room that we mobile checkedin and downloaded digital key) so.Came here.lady at the front desk welcomed me.She was amazingTold her my experience and she apologized even though it wasn't her hotel, but it was still a hillton honors hotel.My kids and wife to say the least were super happy with change

Room could be a bit cleaner. We had a dead bug on center of kitchenette floor. Stains on carpet. Not enough light in the front rooms too dark. Bathroom too crowded, toilet is in center and is in the way. Need better pillows Need a more experienced chef to make to order breakfast.
