At least the beds were comfy, but the hotel is dirty and grimy and just plain gross.Staff was very friendly and when we complained of our room uncleanliness, they put is in a different room which was just somewhat better. This is a 2 star facility, tops and needs a major rehab. Would not stay here again.

Worst hotel stay ever!!

So when i checked in i received a text saying room service every 3 days. I stayed for 6 days with 2 children. No one ever came to my room. I had to go to desk to get toilet paper. The very first night at 6 p.m. the toilet wash backed up. Went to desk to get a plunger, she said she had to send maintenance. He be there about 10. I assumed 10 p.m., no one showed. At 1:30 a.m. i went back to desk and said the room stinks and asked how we were supposed to use the bathroom. This lady gave me a plunger and said she was sorry. I had tall kitchen garbage bags with me. I bag our garbage and took it to them. I needed a change of towels. I had to download a translator to ask girl, housekeeper that was in hall for towels. The kids did enjoy the pool, but again each time had to go to desk to get pool towels. And the floor in our room was dirty. The boys had white socks on and they were dirty in minutes. On a good note, breakfast was great!! They young man that worked all but 1 day is fantastic, sweet, helpful and very clean. 100% for him. And thank you to him. He deserves a raise! So all things considered. 20% good/ 80% bad. Will not be staying there again.

It was a terrific place!! We had a spacious room, and also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was very good too. The hotel was very accommodating, and we would recommend it to others.

This property was horrible! The rooms are absolutely disgusting- stains on curtains, walls, lamp shades. You can tell cleaning is their least priority. They don’t mop wall to wall as made evident by the layer of dirt built up all around the room. “Wax” like substance spilled on nightstand and underneath it. Water damage around tub was just painted over. The only thing clean was the sheets so we stayed. Everyone we talked to in the hot tub the next morning shared similar experiences so it wasn’t just our room.

Disappointed

This was very disappointing. No servicing of the rooms, we had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels at reception. We were there for 3 nights and then back for 13 nights. During this time the room was never cleaned except for one occasion when we requested it. Breakfast was poor - there was some sort,of omelette available alongside soggy potatoe. You could make your own waffle. However the breakfast area was kept clean by Carlos. We would not recommend this hotel.

Better options available

While the hotel looked freshly painted, the pool was aweful..couldn't use it and the hot tub was closed. One of our beds squeaked so bad that it woke us up. There are several other hotels around the area. Spend the few dollars more for a better option.

I have pictures the pool & hot tub closed for 2 hours at check in @4pm. Towels and bathmat dirty and folded to look clean NO ICE On a 93°day,i was told" if we needed or wanted ice there was a gas station on the corner where we could buy ice.There was only 1ice machine they were pouring HOT water in to clean out,the space on the 3rd floor 4 the ice machine had exposed plumbing and they were using the electric outlet across the dripping
