I have pictures the pool & hot tub closed for 2 hours at check in @4pm. Towels and bathmat dirty and folded to look clean NO ICE On a 93°day,i was told" if we needed or wanted ice there was a gas station on the corner where we could buy ice.There was only 1ice machine they were pouring HOT water in to clean out,the space on the 3rd floor 4 the ice machine had exposed plumbing and they were using the electric outlet across the dripping

We recently stayed at the property. While the exterior presents well, the interior feels quite dated and could benefit from some updates. In our room specifically, we noticed several maintenance issues: peeling paint, a scraped door, and a tub faucet that appeared to be coming loose from the wall. These types of issues can raise concerns about potential water damage or mold. Additionally, the pool water was murky enough that we couldn't see the bottom, despite the pool being only 3'6" deep. This gave us pause about the overall cleanliness and maintenance practices. We hope this feedback is helpful. With some attention to repairs and upkeep, the hotel has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

State weekend

Checking in was well. Got to my room there was a swimsuit panty liner stuck on the dresser top. The fan in the bathroom didnt work and or the light/fan. We got to the pool the hit tub was filthy with brown stuff, and the pool was gray. Also the bed had a sink hole in the middle of it.

We went to Milwaukee for our anniversary and found this hotel. The clientele was sketch but the hotel itself was cozy. Watched airplanes land and take off every ten minutes was crazy but it is right by the airstrip. And it eventually blended into background noise. The staff was excellent friendly and very attentive to their customers! Definitely will stay again!

Our room stunk so bad we had to switch to a new one. Then the one we switched to had people in it. Then they tried to put other people in our room. Our toilet broke and we were told they would find us a plunger to do it ourselves and that never happened. Breakfast was small with limited options and no milk for cereal. Staff was nice but unknowledgeable about almost everything.

Didn't call and ask for anything and had 2 knocks on the door and they tried to enter. Good thing I had the extra lock hinged or they would have just walked in. Makes me wonder if they just come in thinking your not there and want to snoop thru your things. They should also try moping the floors once in a while. Bottom of our feet were black. But then again the floors in the hallway they did mop weren't any better.
