All I got was a cold shower with nob lock on show

I drove 14 hours that day. It was 48 degrees. ALL I GOT WAS COLD SHOWER. the hot water was working in the sink.The hotel put a shower lock on the shower so that the nob to the the water only turns one quarter of the way. So I CANT use hot water. I have video of that. This is at a Marriott. Courtyard Milwaukee

The neighbors or someone was so extremely rude and noisy from 3 am until the morning when we checked out, we couldnt program for the fan to stay on so could hardly sleep! Also i reserved the room as i was shown they had a pool and hot tub get therr pools shut down for health concerns and no hot tub! I wouldve stayed elsewhere it was really uncomfortable nothing to do there and the noise and slamming of doors was outrageous!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was grand helpful. The property could use some love. The hand rails in the elevator are loose and the common area carpet on the 3rd floor is stained and worn.
