Staff was excellent; quick and polite. Check in and out were very smooth. Room didn't have a lot of amenities, and can hear the upstairs folks move. In my case, they were walking around till 1 in the morning so didn't get much sleep before an early flight!

Just because there was a Harley motorcycle event in town, the price was more than double the normal amount. The only reason we stayed there was because it was the lowest price I could find in the area we needed for a reunion dinner. Would have expected a bit more fore breakfast than coffee, tea and sweet rolls in the hallway

The front desk was nice and everything went well with check in. I arrived at the airport after they stopped their shuttle service for the day, but the staff member at the desk said that next time just call in let them know ahead of time and he could hold the driver longer for me, which was very nice. The building looks pretty nice from the outside, but in my room it was clear that certain areas were not being cleaned and the furniture was worn down and outdated. And the worst part was that the shower water came out dark brown, it made me turn the water off and decide not to shower at this hotel after all. Overall, the staff were friendly and the hotel was an affordable place to sleep. But it could definitely use some work to make people feel comfortable, seeing some really dirty parts of my room made me uncomfortable touching anything.

It was clean for the most part & the beds were comfortable. The only issue I had was they only had donuts for breakfast & there was no juice or milk for the kids to drink with their donuts. Other than that I loved my stay!

Solid stay, no major complaints

I heard a lot of horror stories so I was prepared for anything. Nothing that bad about these rooms! The beds were comfortable and clean, the bedside lamps and outlets worked, and the A/C worked great, so no need to bring your own bedding, a power bank, or travel fans. The rooms also include a mini fridge and a microwave, which was nice. Bring your own tissues and toilet paper if you're staying here. There aren't any tissues and the toilet paper is super thin one-ply. I brought both from home, so I was comfortable! I also brought some shower wipes and dry shampoo to avoid using the shower. They've got old school tubs and their anti-slip grip is wearing off pretty badly.
