Door on bathroom broke. Notified them on Friday. Never fixed it. Awkward having to shower and not use the bathroom because you didn’t want to be locked in. So the door was open for the whole time. Very pathetic

Room was clean and comfy, staff were great. Miller time pub was fun! The ice machine on our floor was emptied out but I was able to get ice on one level below ours. The elevators couldn’t handle all of the guests as they weren’t all working and there were many people staying. All was acceptable I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of those minor inconveniences but over all was true Hilton quality. Beautiful place.
