The suite was very spacious, well fitted with kitchen supplies. Appreciated all the towels, window covering options, in shower wall mounted personal hygiene products.Breakfasts were wonderful with many choices. I came down to breakfast towards the end and they still replenished some food for me. My only complaint was not getting exact room floor request. I have never understood making a reservation and then the room is assigned with what is available when you arrive. We did get room type and placement of room which was good. My Hilton membership number was not on file. I thought it was still asked for at time of Expedia reservation but perhaps not. We added another night and staff was very accommodating. All rooms were pet friendly and they had a pet area with poop bags and disposal area. Be aware there is construction going on next door that stsrts Would definitely stay again.

The room was great for my needs! I brought my pet and she was quiet and comfortable. I had some neighbors that were a bit disruptive during the night which is my only complaint

Great place, the only feedback we have is that the pool could be heated. Kids didn’t get in the pool because it was too cold.

Our overall experience was excellent. We felt everything was clean and loved the holiday decorations. The lobby was beautiful and our family of enjoyed board games that were available. The food options were pretty good but what was most impressive was that the staff member Kay learned about my food allergies through a conversation and made sure to have non meat options each morning of my 5 day stay. It was such a great detail that it made my stay even more comfortable. If there was one thing to say that needed improvement would be the pool. It’s a cute and pretty well kept but the water was cold. It didn’t stop my kids and I from going in but it did limit the time we spent in it. The front desk stated that they were working on repairing it soon. We would be staying here again since it was such a short distance from all the places we visited.
