🏡🏡This spacious Pewaukee Lake property accommodates up to 10 guests, ideal for large families or two groups seeking privacy. Enjoy two separate homes-main house & guest house-with no shared indoor spaces. All within an easy walk to Pewaukee Beach and downtown!

Open and airy with stylish flair, the home features an upper deck and lower patio with an abundance of outdoor living.

Like to stay busy with outdoor activities? Visit the nearby 22,000 acre Kettle Moraine State forest and hike, mountain bike, horseback or ski. Pewaukee lake is also within walking distance.

Downtown activities more your style? Downtown Pewaukee is less than one mile away. Walk to near by dining and shopping. Many of our guests take day trips to Milwaukee or Madison.

Aside from the outdoors, there is no shared space between the main house and guest house or shared entryway. These are truly two separate homes!

**MAIN HOUSE:**
- Accommodates 4 guests with all the amenities you could need and more! Approximately 1,800 sq ft.
- ALL OF THE MAIN HOUSE LOCATED ON SECOND STORY.

- Primary Suite: Enjoy a restful night in the relaxing King-sized bed, complemented by a large spa like bathroom with heated floors and a rainfall shower.
- Queen Bedroom: A serene space with a comfortable Queen bed and a built-in desk, perfect for remote work.
- Gourmet Kitchen:The heart of the home, designed for entertaining with high-end finishes, modern appliances, a large dining table and island with plenty of seating. Fully stocked with cooking utensils and serving ware.
- Living Room: Unwind on the plush Pottery Barn sofa, sink into the leather swivel chair, or gather around the cozy gas fireplace. French doors open onto a large deck where you can dine al fresco while taking in the beauty of Pewaukee Lake.
- Second Full Bathroom: In addition to the en suite, there is a stunning full bathroom stocked with the essentials.
- Laundry Room: Enjoy the convenience of washer, dryer, iron/ironing board and laundry soap at your disposal.

**GUEST HOUSE:**
- Accommodates 6 Guests:A completely separate living space with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Aside from the outdoors, there is no shared space with the main house or shared entryway. These are truly two separate homes!
-Approximately 1,800 sq ft.

- Back Patio: Lounge on the cozy couch with overhead umbrella fire up the BBQ grill, and enjoy the stunning lake views.
-All bedrooms: equipped with room darkening window coverings.
- Bathroom Essentials: Stocked with toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, soap, Q-tips, a hair dryer, and a first aid kit.
- High-Speed Internet & Smart TV: Stay connected and entertained.
- Fresh Linens & Towels: Clean and ready for your stay.
- Dedicated Parking: Ample space for your vehicles. Garage parking for 2 cars. Larger vehicles will need to park outside.

If you want any additional recommendations of activities, recreation, dining, etc. in the area, we have many local recommendations in our Welcome Book upon your arrival! Summer fun favorites include Wednesday's Live Music downtown at beach and Thursday's Water Ski Shows downtown at the beach.

There is no shared space or access between the primary and guest house. Each have completely separate entries.

While the home does have stunning lake views, it does not have lake access.

The Pewaukee Lake House is a non-smoking residence which includes any kind of smoking (vaping, cigars, e-cigarettes, etc.). No smoking is allowed on the property including all outdoor space. House does have a Ring doorbell with camera facing out and outdoor facing cameras over the driveway and backyard.

The home is in a residential neighborhood with neighbors nearby. Please respect everyone, and everything as if it were your own. As such, it is important to note our quiet hours of 10:00pm-8:00am and absolutely no parties are allowed.

The basement is reserved for personal use and will not be available for use during your stay.
