You get what you pay for. Breakfast is complimentary, but no offerings are particularly filling. There were a few cleaning issues (hair on bedding) but not a dealbreaker as the rooms and facilities are clean overall. Walls are thin, so expect to hear your neighbors a bit.

Rooms were newish and for the most part clean. Bed was comfortable, although sheets/pillows had someone else's long hair in it... so sheets weren't changed before we came... (take care of the next day). Surprisingly quiet for being right next to the airport. Warm breakfast was lacking any real protein. Simply white toast/bread, waffles, cereal, yogurt (the kiddy sugar kind), oatmeal packets (the kiddy sugar kind), and juices/coffee.

So knowing we were going to be arriving very early, I booked the night before we were to arrive to ensure we could get into our room ASAP. It was noted on reservation and I called to confirm. When we got there, when the desk attendant asked us what we needed and we said we wanted to check in, we were told we couldn't check in until 3pm. I said ah I booked starting yesterday foenthai very reason. So they did give us a suitable room, an "upgrade to a suite (unfinished if you ask me) but it had what we needed because the other rooms needed cleaned. So if we were to have a room on the day before by 3pm but arrive the next morning, why wasn't there a room clean for us? Didn't make sense. Back to the unfinished. We walked in and the front entry was empty like they forgot to finish finishing it. But the bedroom was fine. It suited our needs, was just kind of strange. My only REAL COMPLAINT was the curtains didn't close completely on the sides and we were on first floor with cars and sidewalk outside. People could have peeped in if they wanted which was kind of creepy. But the desk staff was nice, had a small snack selection, limited free breakfast and convenient location and free shuttle to the airport. Overall experience was fine. Also minor, the shower has shampoo/conditioner dispensers! But both had shampoo in them and no body wash dispenser. Minor issue, just mentioning.

Staff was attentive. Like like the building was freshly remodeled so everything was brand new. Don't expect much for continental breakfast though, no protein options. Only had cereal, waffles and oatmeal.
