Old rooms, icky carpets, kids size toilet, no grab bars in hot tub, husband almost fell on the floor! The shower is above the hot tub! You had to go up 2 steps, step down into the hot tub and take a shower! Again NO grab bars! That room should not be rented! Just not comfy

Room was very clean, staff was great & helpful. No hot water for tea on the buffet though tea bags were at the coffee station. Asked the attendant and he had to go back into his work area to fill a cup for me. Other issue was the lack of electrical outlets near tthe bed. Husband uses CPAP and we had to pull a bed away from wall to access outlet under headboard.Since this was a quick overnight stay rather than drive the 50 miles home to be right back up early the next morning, we didnt have our vacation travel "necessities " bag which has a power strip and extension cords. Theere was a multiport USB Charger but it was over on the desk so having your phone nearby and charging wasnt an option.. We did mention these issues at the front desk. No outlets on the lamps. The other tqo wall outlets on the other side of ghe bed

Great stay! The location is perfect for accessing both downtown Milwaukee and the west side. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the staff is welcoming, and the breakfast buffet offers a fresh, basic variety every morning.

This was perfect the most delightful person in the whole wide world would be Carol she is the kindness most helpful person I have ever encountered at a Hotel and I travel a lot . The manager and front desk lady were awesome. My husband was staying there while I had surgery (I stayed for one night as we came the day before I checked into the hospital) and they were both so helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for being so kind to us.

I showed up for a girl volleyball tournament overnight stay and I have to say, I was blown away with the staff kindness all around from the front desk to the breakfast cooks. I loved the warm cozy home feels of the lobby, the music playing, and cookies offered. Our room was clean, the beds were awesome and soft and we slept amazing.

Staff was great. Main areas of hotel are clean and smell wonderful. Bed was comfy. Room was a little dirty and could use a refresh. Bfast, even tho well reviewed, was not something I found to be true. Although bfast staff works hard the actual food was tired. Potatoes were freezing cold, pastries were very cheap. Variety wasn’t there. I chose to pass on it entirely. All in all ok hotel and right on par for the price.

Room is especially comfortable and well-appointed. Staff I’ve met are all friendly, caring, and approachable. Parking is effortless. Common areas are very clean and tidy, helping to showcase all the various amenities, big and small. You would be hard-pressed to find faults here.
