Hotel & staff were awesome. The restaurant Umbra had excellent food and friendly staff. Only negative, was the restaurant staff on our second night who changed our room service tip amount without our permission. We caught it and tge hotel fixed it on the spot. Not reason to give bad review just a word of caution if you visit the restaurant. Hotel staff, Peter was an awesome host

Beautiful hotel and great staff. Although, we were hugely disappointed by the fact that we had booked this hotel weeks in advance for a date night. We were so excited to spend time on the rooftop spa and to use the hot tub, sauna etc. We checked in early and were incredibly disappointed to hear that “it was all sold out” and that they “only sell a limited amount of keys to the rooftop amenities”. NO WHERE on their website or the Travelocity site did it say you had to reserve these spots, let alone ahead of time. So $230 later we have booked a hotel for absolutely no reason, since we could not utilize what they advertised as their selling point. They then told us there was nothing they could do about it because “we booked through a third party site.” The staff did help by comping the parking cost, but we would have never even spent the money on a hotel knowing we could not use the amenities. Per staff they are basically not allowed to state on the website the “terms of use” and that only a limited amount of guests can use this. Absolutely a huge disappointment and false advertising.

Would be happy to stay here again.

Wish the weather was warmer, but that’s certainly not under the control of Canopy by Hilton! My purpose of the visit was to attend the Guthrie Theater, and it was very convenient and felt safe to walk. The exercise room was nice, but I wish the device that looked like a squat rack had some instructions on how to use it. I’m on a keto diet and the restaurant Umbra was accommodating by allowing substitutions of lower carb veggies for higher carb items. There was a loud party going on in the shared lobby/restaurant area so I was happy to be placed in a room in the perimeter of the building rather than looking down into the lobby, i.e. it was quiet.
