I would have appreciated the option of a location change to a sister hotel. I was offered that option at 10:50 pm, but at that time of night, and being from out of state, I did not feel that was a safe option either. I did appreciate the flatbread that they made for me even though they were closing down due to the protest. I left very early the following morning and the coffee was not out (6:15). I have stayed at this canopy multiple times over the last 5 years, and I was disappointed. More communication around the protest and other viable options should have been presented to me at check in at 7:45 pm. Thank you

The room was absolutely amazing very spacious and very clean. The service at the bar/restaurant was subpar, and the food was not very good. The service by the actual hotel staff was absolutely amazing the entire time we were there, including the housekeeping staff. The restaurant staff couldn’t seem to handle the larger crowds for Christmas Day and the Vikings game. This was limited to the Umbra restaurant, not the hotel staff. We loved the filtered water stations outside in the hallways, including ice. Great location to US Bank Stadium. I just wish we wouldn’t have wasted money on the food we ate, including the terrible buffet on Christmas Day.

The room was super comfortable and the building is beautiful. It’s a little tricky to figure out where the entrance is the first time, but maybe I was just tired. Still, the live music in the lobby on Saturday was fantastic and the restaurant downstairs is excellent.
