The parking situation was less than ideal. Only option with the hotel is to do valet, which obviously comes with a cost. Came with a group who booked multiple rooms and we all agreed that our beds were terrible!! So hard, had to keep rotating just so my hips wouldn't hurt. A lot of the rooms had a wet dog/musty smell to them. Another gal in our group was moved rooms multiple times due to several rooms having mold in them. She ended up having to check out and stay at a different hotel.

This hotel was in the best location. Our room was wonderful and spacious. The staff was so kind and friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is amazing.

Room was nice and clean. Only downside was noise from the room above and outside. Also bathroom had only 1 bath towel. We would stay again as we like the accessibility to Grand Casino Arena.

The room was clean. The valet and check in was fast and courteous. Do not care for the sliding barn door style bathroom door, it lacks privacy.

When we arrived we were informed there was no valet parking available as they were full. Apparently they let anyone park in their ramp and hotel guests are not guaranteed a spot. We specifically selected this hotel based on its location to the Arena due to the frigid temperatures which obviously didn’t happen. No garage can in the room and breakfast was lukewarm at best! Would not come back!!
