Lovely house with plenty of space for a family or group of friends. Very well appointed with everything needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, etc. Nice back yard with patio set, gas grill, and gas fireplace. Good location, convenient to 7th Street shops, restaurants, and near the river and parks.
