Check in was horrible. The guy checking us in was MIA for about 15 minutes. Showed up with a negative attitude and overwhelmed. Put us in a dirty room. Seemed like that was no big deal with assigning us another room. A lot of people hanging around. Pool area was dirty, no towels. Questionable crowd hanging out in there so we decided not to use it even tho that was the primary reason for selecting that hotel in that area. Free breakfast the next morning was better than we expected. Even offered Greek yogurt, which was nice to see.
