"Great location. Tram stop is right outside the hotel. Guest coin laundry was handy to have. The washer and dryer accept card payment and $1 coins."

"Great room. Modern and clean. Beds very comfortable. Very noisy at night from the bars, so expect to be able to hear this noise in your room until they close."

"Great location, clean comfy rooms. Pool and spa were nice. A little disappointed the spa was out of service when we first got there, but it was open later in the visit so that was good."

"I visit the hotel very often when I am traveling to Adelaide for work. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is nice and well maintained. However there is an ongoing issue with the housekeeping team entering the room despite ‘do not disturb’ sign displayed, and the hotel doesn’t seem to take ..."

"The staff were amazing, everything was clean. Only thing was the rooms were not soundproof and you could hear all the noise from the convention centre early in the morning. But overall it was a very comfortable stay and in a great location."

"Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. The hotel could use a renovation. Very noisy area. Could hear everything in the other rolls, barely slept. Room service left me with a yellow pillow case. Not impressed."

"Upgrading the room at $355 a night wasn’t worth the extra money. Advertised as a junior spa sweet with a view. The view was terrible, basically a brick wall and when I stayed there 20 years ago nothing has changed. Bathroom plus shower was decrepit with damaged cupboard’s, pedestal light was faulty. ..."

Tryp Adelaide by Wyndham
"Check in was quick and easy. We were on the 10th floor. We followed the room numbers and found room 10 but needed room 11. We found the room (the room number sequence is stupid). The room was large with a view of the hills. Nice comfy bed although I didn’t particularly like the pillows. The bathroom was small and poorly designed. The toilet was behind the door which was awkward. The shower took up half the bathroom and the lighting wasn’t great. As for the shower, why they didn’t install rainfall shower head I’ll never know because the one in this shower was shocking. It took 10 minutes for there to be something resembling lukewarm water and that was with the hot tap turned up to the max. Did not enjoy the shower experience. We had dinner in Mamacita Restaurant which was good. The food came out quickly. The music was way too loud that it was difficult to have a conversation. Breakfast was included and is served in the ground floor cafe. It’s a buffet style set up with the usual fare. We had to wait a few minutes for a staff member to check us out. All in all, it was a good stay aside from the lack of hot water and the loud music in the restaurant."
