The perfect view

Wow - this place has it all but that view is really one of the best in the world. Seeing Monaco glittering in the distance and all of the yachts in the bay makes this an incredibly special place. The whole place is well laid out, fully equipped and the pool is lovely too.

Beautiful spot! Host is wonderful. View is beyond dreams.

The host was excellent from the very beginning! The home is extremely well cared for and stocked. The location is quiet, the view of Monaco and all the super yachts - gorgeous!! Easy bus literally a few steps away or Uber into Monaco, Menton
we rented a car and explored the whole coast which is stunning. Loved every moment and we’re quite particular. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view

I am already missing the view and the quietness of the apartment... Perfect place to have a restfull stay in Cote d'Azur : you can both make day trips to visit and swim in a secluded beach accessible by a 15 min beautiful walk. The apartment is very confortable, the communication with the landlord very good, eveything is made to make your stay very enjoyable ! I would like to come back soon

Mehr als perfekt!

Unser Urlaub in diesem schönen Appartement war sehr angenehm. Schon ab der Buchung hat uns Monsieur Sannier bestens betreut und war jederzeit fĂŒr uns ansprechbar. Die Abwicklung war problemlos und die Anreise sehr angenehm, da wir durch eine SchlĂŒsselbox jederzeit ins Appartement konnten und keinen Zeitdruck hatten. Es erwartete uns eine top gepflegte Wohnung, sehr sauber - die Reinigungskraft macht eine sehr gute Arbeit. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, sehr gut durchdacht und es fehlte uns an Nichts. Die ganze Residenz ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig und der Hausmeister ist jederzeit erreichbar, sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Terrasse bietet genug Platz um sowohl im Schatten als auch in der Sonne zu entspannen. Und der Ausblick ist einfach nur traumhaft!Wir denken sehr gerne an diesen schönen Urlaub zurĂŒck und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderschöne Wohnung!

Die Wohnung entspricht den Angaben, welchen auf der Seite von Abritel angeben werden. Sie ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und man hat eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer und Monaco.Der Standort der Wohnung liegt ideal und in einer ruhigen Umgebung.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Park mit Spielplatz und das Meer sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr angenehm. Traumhafter Blick auf Monaco

Die Lage der Wohnung ist tatsĂ€chlich so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen bzw. wie beschrieben. Man schaut hinaus auf das Meer und auf Monaco, das man bei einen Panoramamweg auch zu Fuß erreicht kann. Die Wohnung ist renoviert, gut ausgestattet, alle Dinge zum Leben von Waschmaschine bis zum Fön sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans ce superbe appartement qui possĂšde une belle terrace avec une vue panoramique donnant sur la baie de Roquebrune, Ă  couper le souffle. La propriĂ©tĂ© se trouve dans un petit immeuble de standing bien sĂ©curisĂ© et occupĂ© essentiellement par des propriĂ©taires. L’environnement est tranquille et bien situĂ©, avec un accĂšs privĂ© sur le chemin “Le Corbusier.” L’appartement, conforme au descriptif, est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, propre, confortable et bien soignĂ©. Le cadre, entre mer et belle vĂ©gĂ©tation, est calme et invite au repos. Le propriĂ©taire est attentif et l’infatigable et dĂ©vouĂ© concierge sur place, veille au bien ĂȘtre et au respect des occupants et est d’excellent conseil. Nous y retournerons sans hĂ©siter.

Outstanding Appartment with breathtaking view

Since many years we return to this "gem" and each time we spend faboulos vacations here. This year we appreciated also during the heatwave the well working aircondition and the luxurious pool. La résidence est bien située sur le Cap Martin et est parfaitement sécurisée. Les concierges sont disponibles et trÚs sympathiques. Dans l'environnement immédiat, on peut trouver pharmacie, boucherie,boulangerie et supermarché de proximité. L'appartement, situé au 1er étage, est résolument moderne et parfaitement équipé.Les 2 chambres et la salle de bains sont trÚs fonctionnelles.Une grande douche et 2 wc sont à disposition.Il y a une grande piÚce de vie avec cuisine super équipée. Le must est évidemment la grande terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la principauté de Monaco.Il n'y a absolument aucun commentaire négatif à émettre
