Menton with a superb view!

This flat had the perfect view. Perfect location with secure parking for 2m vehicle Ideal for 2 persons.However, the furniture had a lot to be desired, the sofas are uncomfortable and the plastic table and chairs for dining furniture wasn’t the best, so too the kitchen which was pretty old.

Lovely apartment , amazing view of old Menton.

Nice property, so well equipped, especially in the kitchen. Wonderful view, so great to wake up to it every morning. For part of our stay some of our family stayed. We were so pleased that the sofa bed was excellent, so comfortable. Laurence was super at corresponding, always a very quick reply. Nothing was too much trouble.

Another lovely stay

We really love the fabulous view from the balcony over the sweep of the bay and old town Menton. The apartment is in a good location and is an ideal base- clean, airy and equipped. We hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable quiet apartment overlooking Menton old town. Exactly as described by the photos. Amazing views from the balcony. Very comfortable and well equipped. Easy and prompt communication with the owners. We would definitely stay there again.

A very comfortable, light and airy apartment - so easy to feel at home! Situated in a very convenient location, with a wonderfully inspirational view, it was was very hard to leave. Thank you Laurence and Patrice for such a great stay.

Very nice spacious property with fantastic views from the balcony

Our second time this year to menton, first time in this apartment. Well equipped and well presented situated in a quiet clean block. Easy train for a visit to Monaco and Nice. Went inland to explore some of the nearby villages on the good local bus service. Was easy to get out and explore the area without a car . Menton is a lovely town with a great choice of restaurants serving lovely regional dishes. Overall, we love visiting Menton and the apartment was a great place to stay, the owner, Laurence was very helpful and quick to reply to any query we had. Overall, lovely apartment, lovely town.

Just perfect!

The apartment is an unbelievable bargain. It is impeccably clean, stylish, with views around 300 degrees of the compass. Check-in and -out were smooth and easy. Parking below the apartment building, with an elevator. Furniture comfy, good kitchen and laundry facilities and a great bathtub. But the key feature is the great terrace looking down over Menton to the Mediterranean. It wraps around the corner of the building to view the Maritime Alps up close. The bedroom floor-to-ceiling window opens on an unused path up the mixed forest behind the apartment. (Yes, there are easy-to-use shutters.) Menton is a quieter spot along the French-Italian Riviera, just minutes by train or car from Monaco, Nice and Antibe in one direction, and Italy in the other. You could walk to Italy. We did walk to Roquebrune-Cap Martin. It is a higher priced part of the Mediterranean, which makes Laurence's place an even greater bargain. In the last two months we have had vacation rentals in Barcelona, Malaga and Granada, and hotels all over ten countries. Without a doubt, this was the finest by far.

Eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung mit viel Platz, vor allem einem großen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht, die wir jeden Tag genossen haben. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das Auto steht sicher im Untergeschoss. Die Altstadt, Geschäfte und Strände sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir waren zum 3. und wahrscheinlich nicht letzten Mal hier.

C'est la 4ème fois que nous séjournions dans cet appartement charmant et fonctionnel pour deux personnes. L'immeuble sécurisé tout comme le parking (si rare à Menton) sont de vrais plus pour ce logement qui correspond en tous points au descriptif. Le balcon couvert et équipé permet des moments magiques à toute heure avec une vue imprenable. Les contacts avec les propriétaires sont excellents. Nous y reviendrons dès que possible.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit fantastischer Aussicht

Wir haben einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub im schönen Menton mit zahlreichen sehenswerten Ausflugszielen verbracht. Die Lage der gut ausgestatteten Wohnung und der Ausblick sind hervorragend. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Bon séjour à Menton pour la fête du citron

Bel appartement confortable et propre, très bien situé, nous étions à 10-15mn a pied des festivités.Seul l'accès par la route en voiture est un peu difficile ( route étroite et très sinueuse) mais sans grande difficulté.La vue depuis le séjour est superbe.Ce logement est vraiment super et les équipements sont fonctionnels.Très agréable séjour.
