L'Ibis de Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Ă©tait parfait pour notre participation aux Ă©preuves olympiques au VĂ©lodrome. C'Ă©tait Ă©galement trĂšs proche de Versailles, oĂč nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© une balade Ă  vĂ©lo autour du parc et une visite du chĂąteau. Tout le monde dans le personnel, en particulier Jena, Ă©tait chaleureux, cordial et hospitalier. La chambre Ă©tait confortable et calme et le petit dĂ©jeuner copieux Ă©tait dĂ©licieux. Merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux sĂ©jour et pour avoir ajoutĂ© votre touche Ă  notre merveilleux voyage en France depuis la Californie.

I did not find this place to be good value for money. Location was good, but the actual property was disappointing - selection at breakfast was rather limited. The room was not cleaned properly and there was not even a sewing kit available or any help from the staff with regards to needing needle and thread.

J’ai passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet hĂŽtel. Le personnel Ă©tait accueillant, professionnel et toujours prĂȘt Ă  aider. La chambre Ă©tait propre, confortable et bien Ă©quipĂ©e, avec une literie de qualitĂ©. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait variĂ© et copieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journĂ©e. L’emplacement est Ă©galement idĂ©al : proche des transports, des restaurants et des principales attractions touristiques. J’ai particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© le calme de l’établissement malgrĂ© sa situation centrale. En rĂ©sumĂ©, un excellent rapport qualitĂ©/prix. Déçu par l’établissement.

Je sĂ©journe rĂ©guliĂšrement dans cet hĂŽtel, et je suis de moins en moins satisfait. Hier en arrivant Ă  19h30, je rĂ©cupĂšre ma carte, je rentre dans la chambre, une plaque d’accĂšs dans la salle de bain n’était pas remise, il y avait de la laine de verre au sol, visiblement le technicien n’a pas terminĂ© son travail et n’a pas prĂ©venu la rĂ©ception. On me donne une nouvelle chambre, sans obtenir d’excuse ou un surclassement, aucune compensation, dans la seconde chambre, la 209, le flexible de douche est HS, la pomme de douche est bloquĂ©e avec un jet pas tes agrĂ©able, le joint de la porte est HS, clairement pas au niveau attendu surtout au prix de la chambre. J’ai pris des photos de tous ces Ă©vĂ©nements pour confirmer mes propos si besoin, je laisse trĂšs rarement des avis mais Ă  force je vais changer d’établissement.
