A fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in the apartment, and plenty of natural light. Fully equipped bathroom. The apartment is perfect for 4 people and has 2 separated bedrooms for added privacy. Rooftop terrace access from May to October, located only 10-15 minutes from downtown by metro or car.

Created in 1959, the Plaza has been characterized since 1984 by its canopy (glass roof) which was redone in 2019-2020, sheltering the two sidewalks of rue Saint-Hubert over a distance of 1.2 km. It brings together all kinds of shops and services (clothing, shoes, furniture, restaurants, bookstores, photo shop, pharmacy, food, bars, etc.). Public transport: bicycles, metro and bus.
