Good place to stay if you're looking to explore downtown old Montreal. Drop off is difficult if you have a car load of luggage and a lot of people. You have to put your 4-way flashers on and run into the lobby to check in and grab a cart for your luggage. After unloading you need to drive a block away to find parking in one of 2 different lots.
The rooms are nice and simple. The one we had didn't have a closet but there is a pipe with hangers you can put your things on.
Beds were clean and comfortable.
The staff were so great! Probably the best staff I've encountered. They were kind, helpful, and always were smiling. The hotel is modern and it seems like they thought of everything when it comes to the room. Like having hooks to hang your things on, or having an air conditioner that is quiet. The breakfast area can get congested, but the breakfast itself is great!
Breakfast was okay but nothing special. The coffee was decent but no cream was available, just 2% milk containers. No onsite parking but staff was excellent at providing tips at where to park and very helpful in general with any other requests. Alessia was outstanding and enthusiastic at making us feel welcome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and maid service was provided every day. Overall, I was very happy with my stay at this hotel and would stay here again.
