Hotel was clean and staff was excellent. We did have issues with the bed platform breaking just by sitting on it. They fixed it then it happened again while sleeping. Other than that a great stay. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options!

Great customer service and awesome breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended. As we were able to leave our luggages also after check out for few hours. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Had a great time. Thanks to all staffs.

Great hotel

Clean room. Comfy beds. Friendly staff. My only complaint is that the washer and dryer in the laundry took three times longer than any others I have ever seen. I spent too much time doing laundry and not enough time relaxing. For this particular stay laundry was important to us for our following destinations. Just wish it didn’t take so long to get it done.

Decent hotel within a ten minute walk to the train station. My only complaint is that it can be very noisy at night. However, it was very clean and every front desk person was helpful and polite. Valter and Masha (apologies for erroneous spelling) were especially helpful. We did a lot of nighttime walking and felt very safe.

All of the staff were wonderful. Great place to stay. A 10 minute walk to the subway station is a plus. Munich is a big city so driving can be a nightmare but near this hotel was not bad. Underground parking was very nice plus. Would absolutely stay here again

No decoration in the room, felt very empty, unwelcoming and bare, like a warehouse. Everything very white and grey. Bathroom decoration quite depressing. Lack of supplies - only one bowl for two people having cereal in the room. Some utensils were a little dirty.

Clean, but avoid if you don't smoke

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. However they did not enforce quiet hours and people smoked under our window all night. Since there was no airflow aside from the window, we either had to sweat or listen to people talk all night and inhale their second hand smoke. The "smoking area" was right outside the front door of the hotel so we had to walk through it to get inside.
