bed a little uncomfortable, outer door to room wouldn't unlock had to get help from front desk, but they did help right away.

Good location, poor customer service

It was unseasonably warm, and the air conditioning was not "turned on". Had to open a window to a noisy street for air. Staff did not appear interested in helping. Restaurant in the hotel charged us 1 Euro for a glass of ice.
