I was disappointed beeing a Hilton honors member to be charged an extra 39 euros because we ask for earlier check in 12:45 instead of 3pm. When the room was already available that’s just heed shame on hilton

I would have given this hotel five stars if not for the lack of parking, couldn’t unload the car because the driveway wasn’t done, the people at reception were not very friendly- but the bell hops and restaurant people were great!
