Good value for the money but not in a good neighborhood. Strip club next door and random vagrants hanging out on the street all night. Easy walk to Marienplatz and scooters available (extra cost with app) for further distances. Front desk staff was nice and accommodating. Parking is expensive at @ 21 euros/day. Do not buy the breakfast! Way too expensive! You seat yourself and the waitstaff ignores you. Completely over booked with only mediocre buffet available. No service or drinks available! Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Housekeeping staff excellent except they do not refill used amenities.

We deeply regret to hear that you didn't have the chance to experience the quality of the Maritim breakfast buffet or the service that we are known and famous for. During rush hour, on rare occasions the breakfast can get a little busy. Please be assured, that that is not always the case.
The parking is not owned by the hotel, therefore we unfortunately have no power over the prices. Used bathroom amenities are always refilled once empty. If that wasn't the case during your stay, we want to apologize.
We're disappointed that you had such challenges during your stay. Please be assured that we will discuss your feedback moving foward and hope for the chance to host you again soon so we can share a more positive experience with you.
