A short walk from the historic city and easy to get to the train station for any longer trips. Would have loved to have had the windows open at night but it was too noisy to do that.

Very convinient location, just minutes walk from Munich's Central T station. Rooms and the building are nice. Breakfast was excellent. The area around the hotel feels plenty safe. My only complaint would be the weak AC or lack thereof. Going back and reading other people's reviews, it seems the hotel turns off the AC when the temp outside is below certain threshold. I understand the desire to go green, but it comes at the expense of guests' comfort. Giving 4 stars. If AC was working properly, I'd give them 5 stars.

Nice to come back to a room that was nice and clean. AC was available but not working very well. The free minibar was a welcome surprise. Location is not great as the surrounding area is filled with strip clubs and a Youth Hostel. Night time can be noisy outside. Rooms are nicely furnished and well kept.

Overall, this property was nice. Very conveniently located next to Munich hbf. The staff were all incredibly nice and outgoing. We prefer the Mercure Altstadt for the location and the breakfast options, but this location was also great!

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Loved the locations proximity to everything. 3 min walk to karlsplatz and train station. Lots of restaurants and shops within a 5-10 minute walk. Checkin was quick and easy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Ate at the restaurant and ordered the schnitzel which was very good! Lots of kebab places right nearby but we didn’t get to tray any unfortunately.

Very convenient location if traveling by train. Not the prettiest area but very walkable to more scenic parts of Munich. Excellent service, comfortable and clean room. Would absolutely stay here again.

Five star property. Breakfast and the room were AMAZING! It was a little noisy outside, kids at the hostels doing kid stuff. The staff was great, very helpful and we are hoping around Europe and my kids want to go back just for the hotel! Can’t go wrong. Just bring earplugs and try to remember when you were young and loud.

Great spot! Really no complaints although I would’ve enjoyed the ability to change the temperature in the room. We really appreciated them refilling the bar fridge with bottled water, beer and juices. Coffee was great too! And the location was really convenient. Would stay again for sure.
