Very close to the airport, which was convenient. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are also a nice feature.

This hotel is far from a 4-star hotel. There were many problems with my stay at this hotel. The air conditioning did not work. According to the staff, it was turned off “for the winter” (on October 2). However, it was warm in the room so I was told we could open the window which meant trying to sleep with the sound of air traffic and people in the parking lot throughout the night, not to mention it didn’t help with the a comfortable room temperature. I can put up with an outdated hotel, but this was ridiculous and seriously disrupted my sleep. The other problem was the restaurant is only open after 6 pm. So, if you need something to eat, you need a car to drive and find a restaurant. I would not stay here again or recommend.

The room was clean but there were some spots that needed attention. The room had a weird smell but when I turned on the room fan it would go away so I kept the fan on the entire time. The only way to cool the room was opening the window because the A/C was switched off. The open window let in bugs so we had to close it. The bed had one pillow each, I would have preferred two pillows like most hotels have. Very uncomfortable to sit up in the bed to read or watch TV. The hotel is close to the airport but doesn’t have a shuttle to the airport which I assumed it would. If you arrive during the day there is no food available until the restaurant opens. Would likely find a different place if we are back in the area.

Everything was going fine until we went to our room. As soon as we opened the door to the hallway where our room was located, there was a sewer like smell and it continued into our room. Then I tried to turn on the air conditioner to get rid of the smell but the air conditioner didn't seem to work. At least there was no cool air coming out of the vents.

We loved the stay at this hotel. It was a quick in/out on our way to Hungary, but we will be back. The staff is exceptional, going above and beyond, the food was delicious and fresh, and our room was incredibly comfortable.

Overnight before flight home

One night here before our flight home. Restaurant and food is great, wonderful breakfast and nice dinner selection. We had a superior room on the top floor - damp and dark. Somewhat worn, but mostly clean. The hotel is showing its age. Works well if you have a rental car.
