Carolina Shores II, ocean front condominium complex in Garden City Beach, is located just a half mile north of the pier. There are ocean view and ocean front units in the building. #2206 is a second floor 2 bedroom, 1 bath condominium that accommodates 4 with a queen bed, two single beds and has an ocean view from the side balcony. There's an ocean side pool, ground floor elevator and coin-operated laundry to enhance the appeal of this complex. Parking is limited to one permit per unit. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.

Carolina Shores II is located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This four-story complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. For your convenience, this complex has an elevator and a coin-operated laundry onsite. From Easter/April 1 to October 31, enjoy swimming in the oceanside outdoor pool. Pack your beach bags and chairs and take a short walk down to the sandy beaches of Garden City and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, trailers, and pets are not permitted.

Absolutely Amazing!

From start to finish with booking, payments, phone calls to Dunes. Plus service at check in was quick and easy. The property was clean and well maintained. And the other guests/properties were very well. The check out process was smooth and easy and I was asked if I would like to tentatively book for the following year, which was an excellent offer at time of check out! The unit itself was clean and cozy and the pictures reflected everything perfectly! I couldn’t be more satisfied!

Worst experience of a beach trip

I will never ever stay here again, wasn’t just my condo it was my moms and brother in law that stayed in other units, parking wow don’t get me started, my dad had to go and find an empty parking spot a mile away and sleep in his car because he would indeed be towed because there was no where to park at all, one night coming back from the pier the dumpster was on fire firefighters all over the place, pool cleaned once maybe twice, trash and cigarette butts floating around, horrible, I grew up going to garden city and now it’s teenagers all over the place blasting music, shooting fireworks and setting dumpsters on fire, I mean come on, Hilton Head is where I usually go because it’s perfect for family, but Garden city..stay away

This place stinks. Except for the view.

Had to walk up numerous flights of steps. Parking was hard to maneuver under pier. Also the place smelled when walked in. And killed roaches due to bags of food left. And television in guest bedroom did not work. Also got strep throat while there. Never had before in my lifetime. Will not stay again.
