Guests enter on the second floor via a few stairs at the back of the building, right above The Garden City Beach Bar. Inside, a hallway leads straight to the first bedroom, complete with a queen bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, overhead light, and closet.
The oversized, modern kitchen is the heart of the apartment, featuring all-new full-size appliances, an oversized island with bar stools, granite countertops, and stocked cabinets with cookware and kitchenware for everything from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. Prefer dining out? Garden City is packed with incredible restaurants just a short drive or Uber away, and delivery through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, and Grubhub is easy and convenient.
Just off the kitchen, you'll find a newly updated full bathroom with a vanity, mirror, toilet, and custom-tiled shower. A washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the closet just outside. The central living area is spacious and inviting, with a queen sleeper sofa, accent chairs, and modern decor, seamlessly connecting to the kitchen and bedrooms.
The second bathroom, also fully renovated in Winter 2022, features a vanity, mirror, toilet, and custom-tiled shower. The second and third bedrooms are tucked at the back of the apartment. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, TV, overhead light and fan, closet, and bright natural lighting. The third bedroom is cozy with a twin bed, dresser, TV, closet, and window, perfect for one guest.
Bringing your furry friends? They're welcome too! Up to two pets (dogs or cats) are allowed for a flat $100 fee. Pets should not be on the sofa or living room furniture, and we ask that they be crated when guests are away to ensure the property stays in top shape and service personnel can safely enter.

Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained and other charges may be applied. This rental is located directly above a small local bar. As a result, music can often be heard, and smoke odors may linger into this apartment. This rental may not be a good fit for guests who are sensitive to smoke odors or may be disturbed by music from the bar. Inside the apartment, many updates have been made, and many areas of the rental are truly special. As with all rentals, cosmetic wear and tear is to be expected. Parking is first-come, first-serve, and there are several open spaces around the complex. Parking spaces may or may not be immediately available, and guests may have to park at open spaces around the complex. This is a very tropical and sandy area. We will do our absolute best to make sure the floors are swept and mopped prior to your arrival.
