Bon hôtel avec un excellent emplacement mais quelques choses à revoir : - trop peu d informations données au Check in - piscine froide et peu de transats - wifi inexistant - climatisation bruyante

The staff were so helpful. our daughter arrived very late and there was no food available and the staff went into the cafe and found cookies and cake. The day of our checkout I left my IPad behind- I was contacted and then the staff very graciously arranged for a guest checking out the next day to bring it to me at our next destination. Above and Beyond service! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Palms for a stay in Denarau! And the cafe coffee and breakfast were all fantastic!

We only stayed there one night before heading out to the islands, and it was perfect for that. Its in walking distance to the port, lots of restaurants and shops, the facilities are well maintined, cleaned and comfortable.

Very good proximity to Port Denarau, hence availability of food choices. Room is huge with two big beds but with view of the corridor and the Terrace apt next door. Staff courteous and helpful but housekeeping could be better - our beds were not made or not made properly, room not cleaned; housekeeping staff seemed to only provide change of towels and folded the toilet papers. Used soap not thrown, toiletries not topped up unless requested afterwards.

No ice bucket, weird 2 double bed set up. Photos had laundry but there’s only laundry in the more expensive rooms. Staff called our room on accident 3 times for a 6 am wake up call even though we asked for late checkout.

The staff were truly amazing. We had a very short stay but they made us feel welcome and helped at every opportunity. When I lost my passport they quickly foubd and returned it and they changed our check out time to allow our baby to finish her nap. 5 star service

大型の宿泊施設です。 雨季である11月下旬に利用しました。 数組しか利用者がいなかったようですが、レストランバーや朝食のサービスは問題なく運用されていて安心しました。 利用した時は空いていたのでロビーの目の前に駐車できましたが、駐車場がどこに停めれば良いかわかりにくいかもしれません。

We (2 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids) stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment for two nights after a week on the Coral Coast. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, and having a washing machine and dryer was a lifesaver after a week of sandy clothes. We had a day trip leaving from the port, so being able to walk straight across the road for check-in was incredibly convenient. There are also shops and restaurants right there at the port for any essentials and dinner options which made life easy. The beds were clean and comfy, and both the fans and air-con made for a solid night’s sleep. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful too. A couple of negatives: the traffic noise was pretty loud. It didn’t bother me too much, but it did wake me a few times. The ensuite shower door was also a bit of an awkward design to get in and out of around the toilet. And I wouldn’t recommend the cocktails from Café O downstairs. The frozen margaritas tasted like straight ice and the piña coladas were basically just cream. A tragic moment for cocktail lovers everywhere. None of these were deal-breakers though, and I’d definitely stay again.

駐車場入り口は問題なくみつけることができました。 敷地内で建物の周りを回るので、どこに停めるか少し不安でしたが見つけることができました。 駐車場は無料です。季節柄なのか雨でなのか、一晩停めると屋根が花でいっぱいになっていました。 建物自体が3階建くらいの低層で横長なので、チェックインは駐車場から少し歩いて荷物を移動させる必要がありました。 部屋は地上階のアパートメントタイプでした。 非常に広く快適でした。 しかし、広すぎて髪の毛や風呂場の水溜まりが残っているところがあったことだけ少し残念です。 ソファやリビングエリアも問題なく綺麗でした。 何より洗濯機と乾燥機があるからこの部屋を選びました。 洗濯機は探した限りでは洗剤がありませんでした。1つだけ持参していたのでよかったです。 乾燥機も一応問題なく使えましたが、扉が壊れていて少し不安でした。 シャワールームも2つあり快適でしたが1つが大きなベッドのある部屋とパーテションドアを隔てて存在するためか、キングベッドの寝具は若干カビくさい気がしました。 寝れないほどではありません。 水圧もほとんど問題なかったです。 バスタブも1つだけあり快適ですが、溜めてみると水が黄色かったです。 調べてみると鉄分やマンガンが多いとのことで立地上やむを得ないかなと思います。 雨季ということもあるかもしれませんが、1階でも問題なく静かに過ごすことができました。 11月の風向きの影響かもしれませんが、3時台からたまに飛んでくるナンディ空港の飛行機の音が思っていたより大きく聞こえます。 プールも地上エリアにありますが気持ち程度に小さめに感じます。 少し遊ぶには充分でしょう。 利用できませんでしたが、コーヒーも利用できるカフェが併設されていたのが安心できました。 フィジー全体で仕方ないと思いますが、虫が入ってくることがあります。 周辺 ショッピングモール、ポートデラナウの駐車場を挟んで目の前にあります。 最高の立地だと思います。 ヒルトンなどのリゾートエリアもありますが、短期滞在でも少し長い滞在でも、日々の過ごし方に少しでも変化をつけたい方にはおすすめの立地です。 ナンディにもたしかにマーケットなどがありますが、率直に言って必ず市街地に行くべきだとは思いませんでした。 毎日ポートデナラウでお土産を選び、レストランとお酒に変化をつけるべきです。 Seventh hevenへの出発にも近くお勧めできる立地です。
