The Space
Step inside to a bright, coastal-inspired living area with plank hardwood floors and an upgraded memory foam queen sofa bed. The open kitchen, dining, and family room flows seamlessly to the covered lanai and pool area via glass pocket doors. The kitchen boasts modern quartz counters, ample storage, a breakfast bar, and a round dining table for 8. The family room features a large sectional, 54" smart TV with cable, and Wi-Fi throughout, Bring your own apps sit back and relax.

Downstairs, find three bedrooms and two baths: a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a king master with pool access, flat-screen TV, and marble walk-in shower. The host could not have been more accommodating or helpful. A couple of issues on arrival were promptly and pleasantly taken care of. The house was spotless. The location was terrific (but not as “walkable” to the beach as we had hoped for). The outdoor space and pool were perfect. Eating dinner together outside, even with a passing shower, was enjoyed by all.

The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The property was extremely clean, and the photos accurately reflect the home. It’s very close to the beach and shops, and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature, and the house was stocked with everything we needed (kitchen essentials, baby items, etc.). We also loved that the home had beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, life jackets etc) which made our trips to the beach very enjoyable/convenient.

Little distance walk to the beach but doable as we did with kids. All beach necessities are available in the garage even for kids. The kids loved the pool and enjoyed the pizza oven.

A Thanksgiving getaway with family

Our “Naples Beach Retreat” property was sensational. Clean, convenient, near to the beach and nightlife. Our hosts were friendly and responsive. The house had every accessory for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner and the pool and patio were well furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing.

They were great hosts and very responsive. The house was clean and exactly what was described. Our weather was cold but the pool area was really nice and the proximity to the beach was great since there were bikes in the garage. The perfect family stay!

This is the perfect place for everyone. Kids swam all day in the perfectly heated pool, adults hung out on clean and good sized patio, and just a quick drive to beach. Very clean, nice appliances and bedding. Everything was perfect! Owners response was very quick when needing help with just a couple things too! Highly recommend :)
