Dealing with Melissa, the real estate representative was fantastic. She was prompt, friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described. Easy access to the beach. Nice accommodations. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect stay at south seas towers. The condo is on the second floor which is very convenient to stair access when the elevators are busy or if you are not comfortable with heights. The condo has a nice view of the pool and palm trees. The beach access is excellent with a 10 minute walk across the most beautiful stretch of white sand. The interior of the condo is slightly dated but has everything you need including three tvs, two kinds of coffee makers and seating for six at the dinner table. The building gym is also good. They have weights, treadmills, and a few machines. The only downside of the whole week was that the building does not permit any food at the pool including fruit. This is a big downside when you travel with kids that you are not allowed to bring snacks to the pool. But that is the same for all units in the towers.

This was a great stay. Since this unit is on the second floor there was no view of the beach due to trees. But there was a nice view of the pool. Checkin was a breeze and the property manager was great to communicate with for checkin and check out. Overall, this was a great deal.

A great condo to stay in. Balcony overlooks the pool area that we sat at often to rest from the sun. Close to the elevatorbit quite. The owners storage room was great filled with all the beach items you needed.

We had a great view of the pool just as pictured. The beach was beautiful and it was a little bit of a walk to the water but the owners had a wagon and beach chairs for us to borrow. Saw some dolphins. Beautiful sunsets. Also was nice we had some of the paper products included.

This stay was wonderful. Location and Marco in general are a perfect getaway for a couple. Prime spot with easy access to the beach. Yes, it’s a walk to actually get to the ocean, but you’re directly on the beach access point. So worth it! Condo pool, and amenities were wonderful. Communication and check-in/out processes were extremely easy. We loved our stay and the daily sunset views were amazing!!!!

Fabulous Florida Fun

This was our first time to Marco Island and we will definitely return. The condo was perfect for our two teenagers, husband and me. We enjoyed playing pickleball and shuffleboard in the mornings, lounging by the pool in the afternoons and walking the beach looking for seashells in the evenings. The beach has a rustic beauty with is nature preserve, lagoon and rolling waves. The condo was clean, spacious and stayed cool. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had all the supplies needed to cook meals. Melissa made check-in super easy and was quick to respond to all our questions. It was an amazing family vacation.

The condo is very nice. It has a great view of the pool. The walk to the beach is very long though but worth it. The people that work in tower 3 are very nice people. Also communication with everyone was excellent. Would stay again.

Great Ocean Resort

Great condo on the beach. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathrooms were comfortable size with lots of counter space. The condo had plenty of supplies to take to the beach. The beach and grounds of the condo complex were perfect for a week. Very close to restaurants, ice cream stands and the grocery store. Would highly recommend this property to families. The building was very quiet and welcoming to guests. Close to Everglades National Park and also mini-golf.

Wonderful Place

My husband and I stayed at this property for one week. We enjoyed the easy, private access to the beach. The community grounds are beautiful and well manicured. The security and office staff were friendly and professional. The unit was nicely decorated in beach colors, and there were plenty of blankets, towels, and kitchen items. I left some hats behind on accident and the property manager, Melissa, did everything she could to help. Overall, the stay was excellent!
